$80 Consultation for 25 Minutes
This paid telephone consultation ("Phone Consultation") is offered for a flat fee of $80 and is limited to a maximum duration of twenty-five (25) minutes; however, the consultation may be shorter depending on the nature of the inquiry, time constraints, or the Attorney’s professional judgment.
Payment of the consultation fee does not create an ongoing attorney-client relationship, does not constitute legal representation, and does not obligate Attorney to provide ongoing legal services, written work product, or follow-up advice.
The Phone Consultation fee is non-refundable except in limited circumstances: a refund will be considered only after Prospective Client first requests to timely reschedule the consultation and, if rescheduling is not possible, timely submits a completed refund request form provided by Attorney. By scheduling and paying for the consultation, Prospective Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and understands that Attorney is not representing them unless and until a separate agreement is executed.
